If you have connected your Labelcaster account to PayPal and requested a transfer but no money is received, try the following options:
- Go to your PayPal account page and check if the money is being withheld by Paypal. If it is, contact PayPal customer support to understand why and for how long. When this happens there is nothing Labelcaster can do to speed up the process.
- Check that PayPal is available in your country. In some countries PayPal requires a business account.
- If all of the above is OK - contact Labelcaster support [email protected] to see if you are eligible for a refund and if there is an optional method of transfer.
