I’m having problems with my Payoneer transfer

If you have connected your Labelcaster account to Payoneer and requested a withdrawal but no money is received, try the following options:

  1. Go to your Payoneer account page and check if the money is being withheld by Payoneer. If it is, contact Payoneer customer support to understand why.
  1. Go to your Payoneer account page and check your settings to see that your minimum amount to transfer isn’t higher than the requested transfer amount.
  1. Check that Payoneer is available in your country. In some countries Payoneer requires a business account.
  1. If all of the above is OK - contact Labelcaster support [email protected] to see if you are eligible for a refund and if there is an optional method of transfer.
