If you have connected your Labelcaster account to Payoneer and requested a withdrawal but no money is received, try the following options:
- Go to your Payoneer account page and check if the money is being withheld by Payoneer. If it is, contact Payoneer customer support to understand why.
- Go to your Payoneer account page and check your settings to see that your minimum amount to transfer isn’t higher than the requested transfer amount.
- Check that Payoneer is available in your country. In some countries Payoneer requires a business account.
- If all of the above is OK - contact Labelcaster support [email protected] to see if you are eligible for a refund and if there is an optional method of transfer.
