Unlike others, we do not charge for initial distribution to music streaming platforms (DSPs). There are no yearly account fees or per track upload cost. However, once your music gets played and performance is reported and paid, Labelcaster does take a 10% commission on royalties on the tracks we distribute. We take our commission fee once the royalties come in (monthly) then immediately pass the rest onto your and your artists.
Note: If we incur additional fees or fines from Third Party Music Services (DSPs) related to your Catalogue we will pass on the cost for those to you by deducting such costs from your royalty amounts. For example, there might be fines for artificial streams or costs for opt-in market programs like Spotify Discovery mode.
