Delivery Artist Mapping
Each DSP has a way to uniquely identify artists in their system. When distributing music we can supply these Delivery IDs to each, so that your artists’ music gets properly mapped to their artist pages. You can add these IDs to their artist profile page in Labelcaster. These settings will automatically apply to all products/tracks where the artist is credited. If you don’t find the right ID section, then contact our support [email protected] to help you.

Each DSP handles a little Profile IDs differently. See below for some information
- Amazon: Amazon Music uses the artist’s ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number). This is an alphanumeric code that can be found after ‘artists/' in the in the Amazon Music artist page URL. Do not enter the full artist page URL in this field.
- Apple Music: Apple Music uses the artist’s Apple ID. This is a numeric code that can be found at the end of the Apple Music artist page URL. Do not enter the full artist page URL in this field. See here for more info.
- ISNI: The ISNI (International Standard Name Identifier) is used by multiple DSPs to confirm an artist’s identity, including Deezer, TIDAL, and others. You can search the ISNI database to locate the correct ISNI for the artist here
- Meta: Meta (Facebook, Instagram) uses a Meta ID that is neither the artist's Facebook Profile ID or Instagram Handle. Please reach out to Meta for a list of Meta IDs for artists in your catalog.
- Spotify: Spotify uses the artist’s Spotify URI. The format is 'spotify:artist:______' and can be easily converted from the artist page URL. Do not enter the full artist page URL in this field. See here for more info
- SoundCloud: SoundCloud artist IDs are usually text versions of the artist name. Generally they follow the main soundcloud domain in the URL. Examples: https://soundcloud.com/newhormones or https://soundcloud.com/newhormones/sets/the-cynical-duet. Do not enter the full artist page URL in this field.
