Dashboard

Your Labelcaster Dashboard is the command center for your label. At a glance you get an overview of where everything stands with you label and can shortcut to various sections of Labelcaster to address an issue or dive deeper.

On your dashboard, see where you stand with releases and royalties. Quickly jump to solve specific issues

Catalog Overview

Think of this section as a To Do list on your releases in progress. The top section shows you the current state of in progress releases. Tap the button to jump under each number to see the specific releases and deal with them accordingly. When you are viewing these releases you can hide any release, so it doesn’t show up in the dashboard count.

Drafts

Drafts show releases you have started to set up, but are still in the works. Materials and content are still needed before moving on. Tap View to see the DRAFTS and continue editing any of them.

Unsigned Releases

Once releases are set up with content in place, contracts are sent all to all parties for approval Unsigned Releases show which releases are awaiting signatures on their contracts—shown as SIGNING status in Distribution Center, and PENDING in Contracts.

Releases For Final Approval

Once contracts are signed, the release is put into a READY status, but still needs one final approval from the label to move onto QC approval process and Distribution. Tap the Approve button to see READY releases and approve to move into PROCESSING status and onto Distribution

Total Released Catalog Counts

These two numbers show your live catalog—the number of total Releases and Tracks actually released and available—no unreleased status (DRAFT, SIGNING, READY, PROCESSING) nor processed/distributed but yet to be released are counted in these totals.

Upcoming Releases

These are exactly what you think they are—releases that are processed and sent out to distribution, but haven’t been released to the public yet. If a release shows up here it is good to go. This list a good reminder of which releases need promotional attention from you. Tap the Smartlink icon on each release to go the the pre-save Smartlink web page to share with fans, influencers, press, etc.

If all your releases are live or not yet processed completely, this space will be blank.

Latest Releases

See your latest releases here and when they were released. As with Upcoming Releases, you can copy the Smartlink, which has converted to a regular listening link upon release.

Financial Overview

Balance and Transfer Money

The Balance shows how much untransfered money you have available. Tap the Request Transfer button to set up and make transfers. More info on transfers is here.

Latest Month’s Royalties

This displays the total royalties generated for all releases in the latest reporting period. Your split is the amount due to the specific entity of those royalties.

Your Split of Royalties for the Last 12 Months

The columns shows a trend of Your Split (your share of the total royalties) amount by month for the trailing last month

Go to your revenue report This takes you to a page where you can view individual month’s royalties by track/ISRC and also download your monthly PDF statements
